Visual artist Jesse Ray Guillory hosts this series that aims to challenge contemporary notions of “equality” by exploring nuanced interpretations of freedom through spiritual and art making practices. This series primarily focuses on women and femme presenting identities whose artistic processes confronts themes of intersectional identity, colorism, black mysticism, and gender politics.
