Nominated New Orleans’ “Best Blues Artist” in the 2018 Best of the Beat Awards, slide guitarist, singer, producer and WWOZ-fm “Soul Serenade” host Marc Stone gathers all of the roots and branches to forge a smoldering, funky style all his own. Whether putting his originals front and center with the Marc Stone Band, exploring the deepest Delta roots with Son House protege John Mooney or celebrating the Creole Funk and Soul legacy with New Orleans’ vocal legend Marilyn Barbarin in the New Soul Finders!, Stone’s distinctive voice and touch set him apart from the pack.

The Marc Stone Band kicks off the Fall 2018 Sunday Blues 'N Boogie series with three generations of incredible special guests for its residency launch tonight

One of the last great Texas/Chicago bluesmen, brother of and bandleader for the late great Freddie King, Benny Turner has performed with everyone from Muddy Waters, Elmore James and Sam Cooke to Eric Clapton and Leon Russell.

Chuck Campbell is highly regarded as the Grand Master of "Sacred Steel Gospel" pedal steel guitar. He is a National Endowment for the Arts Heritage Award winner with his family band The Campbell Brothers, and mentor to contemporary blues leaders Robert Randolph and Roosevelt Collier.
